How do I confirm my reservation?
To secure your reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total accommodation amount is required at the time of booking. Your reservation is only confirmed once the deposit has been received.

When is the final payment due?
The remaining balance of 50% must be paid no later than 8 weeks before arrival.

Is a security deposit required?
Yes. A refundable security deposit of €1,500 is required and will be charged 7 days before arrival.

When will the security deposit be refunded?
The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure, provided that no damage has occurred, no items are missing, and the property has been left in a reasonable condition.

What happens if I cancel more than 16 weeks before arrival?
If you cancel more than 16 weeks before arrival, only 5% of the accommodation amount will be retained as an administration fee. The remaining amount paid will be refunded.

What happens if I cancel between 16 and 8 weeks before arrival?
50% of the total reservation amount will be charged.

What happens if I cancel less than 8 weeks before arrival?
100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.

How do I cancel my reservation?
All cancellations must be submitted in writing by email and should include your booking reference number.

What is included in the accommodation rate?

Are tourist taxes included?
Tourist taxes, optional extras and additional services are charged separately where applicable. The tourist tax in Portimao is 2 euros per night per person during high season (April 1 - October 31) and 1 euro per night per person during low season (November 1 - March 31) with a maximum of 7 nights. This will be charged on the invoice.

Do you recommend travel insurance?
Yes. We strongly recommend that all guests take out comprehensive travel and cancellation insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances that may affect their trip.

Casa Conmigo is a 1-hour drive from Faro Airport.

Casa Conmigo accommodates up to 17 guests across 10 bedrooms.

How many bedrooms are available?
The villa offers 10 bedrooms, including 7 double rooms and 3 single rooms.

Does every room have a private bathroom?
Yes. All bedrooms have their own private bathroom.

Are towels and toiletries provided?
Yes. Fresh towels, luxury bath products, and bathrobes are provided for all guests.

What amenities are included?
Toiletries, towels, bathrobe, hairdryer and locker are included.

Is WiFi available?
Yes. WiFi is available throughout the villa.

Is air conditioning available?
Most rooms are equipped with air conditioning, while others feature ceiling fans.

Is the villa suitable for families?
Yes. Families regularly stay at Casa Conmigo and enjoy the spacious accommodation and outdoor facilities.

Is parking available?
Yes. Free parking is available on-site for guests.

Can I organize a retreat at Casa Conmigo?
Yes. Casa Conmigo regularly hosts yoga retreats, wellness retreats, coaching retreats, mindfulness programs, and other group events.

Meals and optional equipment/services are extra.

Do You Cater for Retreat Groups?
Yes. To ensure a consistent, high-quality experience for both retreat leaders and guests, all retreats at Casa Conmigo include catering provided by our team.
Our meals are freshly prepared using wholesome, seasonal ingredients and follow a predominantly vegetarian menu with fish options. We are happy to accommodate a variety of dietary requirements, including vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free and other special dietary needs upon request.
Catering is a mandatory part of all retreat bookings and is quoted separately based on the group size, retreat duration and catering requirements.

Can I see the menu?
Yes, menus can be sent in advance and adjusted by agreement.

I have a guest with a gluten/lactose allergy?
No problem; allergies can be accommodated.

I would like a menu with meat?
This is possible and will be reflected in the pricing.

What if we go out for dinner a few times?
If communicated two weeks in advance, the planned meal will not be charged.

Can we get takeaway food when we go on a trip?
Yes, with 24 hours' notice.

Which other services do you offer?

Is there a minimum / maximum group size?
Minimum 8 persons, maximum 17 persons.

Are yoga mats and equipment available?
Yes. The Yoga Dome includes yoga mats, bolsters, and a Bluetooth sound system.

Can therapists use treatment rooms?
Yes. Dedicated treatment and massage rooms are available for therapists and retreat leaders.

Are golf courses nearby?
Yes. Several renowned Algarve golf courses are located close to the villa.
